Anna's Garden has been a member of "Serfaus Selected Homes" since June 2024
The Hammerle & Köhle families, 4 hosts - 1 mission are jointly managing the 'Serfaus Selected Homes' starting from June 2024.
We are two local families who have decided to combine our skills, strengths, and hospitality joy in the interest of our guests. Each of us takes care of providing you as guests with a diverse and individual offering, ultimately creating an unforgettable holiday experience in one of the most exciting alpine vacation destinations - Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis.

In the vacation apartments in Anna's Garden, you can expect a holiday in a timelessly cozy ambiance. The well-kept and well-designed apartments invite you to spend your vacation with family, offering the particularly comforting feeling of coming home.
Well-connected, quiet location
Anna's Garden is located quietly on the outskirts of the village, below the cable cars. Directly next to your apartment begins the vast holiday world of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. Three cable cars, reachable via our stairs, will take you right into Tyrol's ski world in winter.
In summer, the cable cars bring you to the mountain dimensions of Serfaus: The Alpkopfbahn heads towards the Erlebnispark Hög, the Komperdellbahn takes you to Murmliwasser and towards the Masner area. The Sunliner gondola takes you towards Serfauser Sauser and Fiss/Ladis. Attractions such as the Serfauser Sauser or hiking and biking trails are located just a few meters away or lead directly to the house.
All other routes to shops, rental and service facilities, subway station, restaurants, and much more are also comfortably short.
Cozy exclusivity
With only two vacation apartments, it will almost feel like you are actually living in Serfaus and not just on vacation. A specialty is the wellness oasis, where your health is promoted by soothing warmth. Moreover, each vacation apartment has its own garden, which is lovingly tended, where you can simply unwind to the sound of the rushing brook.

Summer:
The booking price includes the Super.Summer.Card.
The use of the wellness area is not included in the summer and can be booked for an additional fee. -
Summer & Winter:
The booking price is plus local tax of € 3.70 per adult person per day.
Please note that these costs are not included in the accommodation price and will be charged separately. -
Winter:
The use of the sauna is already included in the booking price.
