The new apartment "Morgensonne" is situated on a dreamlike place on the sunny plateau (Ladis), on 1,200 meters, directly above the ski lifts (95m) of the "Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis". Our guests and we (the Kathrein family) enjoy the fascinating view of the mountains of the Tyrolean Oberland. The adjacent forest offers numerous hiking and mountain biking trails directly from the house. Restaurants, tennis, natural bathing lake and a grocery store are nearby.
