All apartments feature en-suite bathrooms with showers, balconies, fully equipped kitchens, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, CD radios, telephones, safes, bed linen and towels.
Located directly by the cable cars in Tirol's skiing and mountain adventure region of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis (with direct access just 50 meters away), ski and sled slopes end nearby. It is a 5-minute walk to the town center, parking space is available opposite the house.
The wellness area includes a sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, experiential showers, and relaxation room.
There are sun terraces, a children's playground, and an elevator.

Super. Summer. Card. Children: (born 2011 to 2019): € 5.00 per night - Local tax: € 3.70 per adult person per day
Please note that the costs for the Super.Summer.Card and the local tax are not included in the accommodation price and will be charged separately.
