Restaurant management

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated restaurant manager starting in December 2025:

Areas of responsibility:

• Management of the service team (approx. 18 employees)
• Responsibility and coordination of a smooth process
• Allocation and continuous training of the entire service team
• Administrative tasks (roster planning, table planning, purchasing)
• Representative appearance and contact person for our guests
• Close cooperation with our kitchen and reception team
• Responsibility for cleanliness in the restaurants, on the sun terrace and in the bar area in compliance with hygiene regulations

Requirements:

• Excellent German and English skills
• Professional appearance and well-groomed appearance
• Flexible, independent and self-responsible work
• Leadership qualities, assertiveness and resiliencetability
• Good wine knowledge
• Friendly interaction with our employees and guests
• 5-day or 6-day week

We offer:

• Attractive pay & fair conditions: With us, you'll earn €2,900 net. Including bonuses, this equates to an average net salary of around €3,400. Additionally, you'll receive vacation pay, holiday bonuses, and tips. Overpayment is possible at any time, depending on qualifications and performance.
